Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Lighthouse Hospitality Management Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing leadership to our front-line staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
- Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and staff performance
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide support to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high-performing team
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- 5-10 people supervised
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
