We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at RONA Inc. As a key member of our Demand and Replenishment team, you will be responsible for providing operational support for our range of systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and monitor performance indicators, including inventory levels, sales forecasts, and product status.
- Collaborate with internal partners to develop strategies for inventory management and process improvement.
- Ensure excellent collaboration with business partners responsible for marketing, store operations, and affiliates.
- Question existing processes and propose new solutions to optimize supply chain performance.
- Support users in deploying new processes and adapting best practices.
- Represent the Demand and Replenishment function for improvement and transformation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in operations management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in the supply chain sector.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to formulate recommendations.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with computer tools such as MS Excel and database management.
- Good knowledge of JDA (an asset).
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
- Organizational skills, thoroughness, self-direction, and attention to detail.
- Well-developed business acumen and sense of urgency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
