Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Bilingual in Supply Chain Logistics to join our dynamic team. This role involves configuring and providing user support for various software systems, ensuring operational needs are met, and implementing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and provide support for software systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain and upgrade software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to user requests in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Evaluate and prioritize operational requests to drive business growth.
  • Develop and document technical procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and operational teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to build effective relationships.
  • Project management abilities to drive multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, Oracle, and SQL Query to drive data-driven decisions.
  • French-English bilingualism required to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
