Job Title: Front End Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Regal Nails & Spa. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and merchandising activities of our front-end staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, and establish work schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and resolve issues that may arise.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, establish work schedules, and provide guidance and support to team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and merchandising.
  • Skills: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
