Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Regal Nails & Spa. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front-end team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our front-end team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed attractively.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Language: English
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
