  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Assign sales workers to their designated duties, ensuring that each team member is aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Order Merchandise: Order merchandise and supplies as needed, ensuring that our salon is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring that all returns are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for our team members, ensuring that each team member is aware of their work hours and responsibilities.
  • Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise and services to our customers, ensuring that each customer receives exceptional service and support.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, ensuring that our management team is informed and up-to-date on all key performance indicators.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our salon is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise Team Members: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our team members, ensuring that each team member is working efficiently and effectively.
