Job Title: Front End Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front End Supervisor to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart 2312.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the front end team, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of the store and provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Focus: Foster a client-centric environment, responding to customer requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
