Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all onsite construction activities for highrise projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Lead the construction process from groundbreaking to completion, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to troubleshoot issues and maintain progress.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and onsite staff, ensuring strict compliance with safety standards and creating a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, providing project updates and managing expectations.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience overseeing full-cycle ground-up highrise builds.
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage challenges and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and managing large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with construction software and technology is an asset.
