Nurse Practitioner

The Registered Nurse:
•Delivers high-quality patient care in a variety of clinical settings, utilizing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills to ensure optimal client outcomes.
•Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, promoting a patient-centered approach and fostering a positive team environment.
•Ensures the delivery of exceptional client care by assisting individual clients and their families respond to changing healthcare needs, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and professionalism.
•Applies a specialized body of knowledge, basing practice on nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanities to provide evidence-based care.
This is a relief full-time opportunity until further notice, offering a unique chance to contribute to the healthcare team and make a meaningful impact on patient care.
Shifts of work will be scheduled days and nights, rotating from 07:15 to 19:15, 19:15 to 07:15, providing flexibility and variety in the work schedule.
