Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of comprehensive experience in product/UX/UI design, showcasing advanced UI and visual design capabilities.
  • Educational background in Design, Art Direction, or related fields.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with a talent for creating visually rich narratives.
  • Passion for establishing standards and design systems that yield significant impact through simplicity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in craft, composition, imagery, typography, iconography, and color.
  • Awareness of current design and cultural trends across various mediums.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting ideas to diverse audiences.
  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating excellence in UI/UX design and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and/or Sketch.
  • A quick learner with a desire to understand both simple and complex financial solutions.
  • A positive and resilient personality, eager for feedback and continuous iteration.
  • A proven track record of applying design thinking and user-centered design principles.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience in illustration, animation, and/or video editing; familiarity with prototyping software.
