Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Business Executives and Journey Product Group Owners to understand the Asset Management landscape and the client's strategy, OKRs, and key initiatives.
  • Develop high-quality UX design deliverables, including user personas, competitive assessments, journey maps, design principles, sketches, storyboards, conceptual designs, prototypes, and experience strategy presentations.
  • Conduct exploratory and observational research to uncover unspoken customer needs and evaluate design concepts to ensure they meet user requirements.
  • Build strong partnerships with business, product, and technology teams to deliver industry-leading experiences.
  • Facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration by sharing knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Lead Experience Designer.
  • 8+ years of experience designing complex, transactional experiences for large enterprises or consumer-focused companies.
  • Proven track record in product and service design with a focus on customer-centric, data-informed product development.
  • Expertise across creative disciplines, including experience strategy, design research, interaction design, visual design, and copywriting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
