Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR functions at INCAN BUILDERS INC.. This role is essential in fostering a productive work environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Manage job classification and evaluation processes
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Oversee contractual agreements
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives
  • Analyze employee data to inform decision-making
  • Prepare comprehensive HR reports
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Collaborate with management, union representatives, and HR consultants
  • Negotiate collective bargaining agreements
  • Supervise payroll processes
  • Conduct recruitment and selection of new employees
  • Implement performance evaluation systems
  • Assess workplace environments to promote health and safety
  • Coordinate and oversee various HR projects
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring 35 hours per week of commitment. The primary language of communication will be English.
