Required Qualifications & Key Skills:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic work setting
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer operations and data entry, preferably in a physiotherapy environment
  • Adaptable and flexible in response to change
  • Capable of working independently with minimal oversight

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, warmly welcome patients and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service for inquiries or concerns
  • Ensure accurate and thorough information intake during the patient's initial visit and throughout their treatment journey
  • Assist patients in completing necessary documentation to prevent errors and ensure accuracy
  • Organize patient appointment scheduling and maintain comprehensive medical records
  • Process payments at the time of service
  • Monitor coverage for various funding sources to confirm approvals
  • Conduct data entry and billing tasks
  • Oversee courier services and manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, mail, and faxes
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director
