Fountain Tire is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and provide top-notch technical expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers on mechanical and tire repair and service
  • Share product knowledge and technical expertise to build existing and new business
  • Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on customer vehicles
  • Schedule customer appointments for tire and mechanical service
  • Recommending tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
  • Ensure accurate billing of products to customers
  • Complete proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service received
