About the RoleThe Data Analyst will be a key member of the Operations Data Lake (ODL) team and will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions to support CITCO's data-driven initiatives.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions accordingly.
Key responsibilities include developing robust and scalable data pipelines, optimizing data structures and partitioning strategies, implementing frameworks for data quality checks, and monitoring and troubleshooting performance issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, effective communication skills, and experience with Python, Apache Spark, SQL, and Databricks.
About Operational Data Lake TeamThe Operational Data Lake (ODL) is a multi-skilled team responsible for the implementation of Citco's operational data lake and scaling data-driven analytics across different business units by leveraging advanced techniques and technologies.
The ODL team is focused on breaking data silos and building a single source of centrally governed operational data products.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical background and experience in data analysis and engineering.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and advanced degree preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and experience building dashboards in Power BI/Qlik/Tableau are a plus.
