Job Summary:

The Data Entry Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for entering data into our systems within specific time guidelines, processing ERN's, and addressing corrections. You will also work closely with our Operations Management System (OMS) to resolve cases and tag pulls. **Responsibilities:**
- Enter data into UPS systems within time-specific guidelines
- Process ERN's
- Process address corrections
- Clean repackaged damaged packages
- Process overgood packages
- Research customer information for reroutes, address corrections, and directions
- Communicate with OMS, Preload, and Supervisors to ensure packages are serviced on time

- Secondary School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of data entry experience preferred
