Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at Trimble Inc. in Vancouver, BC. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering seamless integration of cutting-edge technology and business solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client's purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.
- Play a leading role in testing and troubleshooting, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Work directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users.
- Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems; identify and document technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution.
- Provide feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting software with external clients.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of relational databases and server-side technologies (triggers, stored procedures) preferably using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ability to write complex and efficient queries using TSQL.
- Strong ability to translate business issues into systems and operational solutions.
- Time management skills to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize work appropriately.
- Strong leadership and prioritization skills; ability to build consensus and drive decision-making; proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
