Position Summary:

As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the onboarding process of our global clientele. Your unique blend of technical expertise and exceptional communication skills will be essential as you guide clients through the implementation of our innovative product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and onboarding of clients onto T-Net's solutions, addressing technical challenges and serving as the primary contact for clients.
  • Ensure high-quality communication and customer service throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful client onboarding, fostering a cooperative work environment.
  • Contribute to the team's knowledge base, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Assist the Sales team with pre-sales activities and provide technical expertise as needed.
  • Log and manage technical issues with internal support and development teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SaaS implementation and configuration.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Understanding of networking principles, domains, and email protocols.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based email services and journaling processes is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and SAML/SSO is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Confluence is desirable.
