Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Food Quality: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that supplies are ordered and stocked as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
