Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

RANDY'S PIZZA & DONAIR - LOWER SACKVILLE is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
