Position Overview: As an Operations Data Analyst at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze requirements from key stakeholders to develop essential reports for various Operations divisions.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to pinpoint areas for enhancement and optimization.
  • Design and uphold routine reporting mechanisms, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports tailored to business requirements.
  • Structure and deliver data in formats that empower teams and leadership to implement changes and enhance operational performance.
  • Engage directly with internal department heads to ensure outstanding communication and support.
  • Assist in identifying and rectifying data discrepancies and gaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools, aiming for automation and direct access for leaders when necessary.
  • Participate actively in system integration planning and logistics, providing insights for data and reporting necessities.
  • Work alongside leaders to define clear KPIs and ensure that reporting aligns with established objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field (e.g., QA/QC/BA) is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent follow-up capabilities are essential.
  • Experience with accounting systems or financial reporting is highly advantageous.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Tableau proficiency is strongly desired.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce and JIRA is preferred.
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with remote teams is preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate sector or with real estate brokerages is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally may be required.

  • Demonstrated flexibility, sound business judgment, and well-developed personal, analytical, and communication skills.
