Position Overview:

The Operations Data Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of various departments within Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc. This position involves collaborating with subject matter experts to gather essential requirements for comprehensive reporting across all operational sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to pinpoint areas for enhancement and optimization.
  • Develop and sustain routine reporting mechanisms—weekly, monthly, and quarterly—to meet business demands.
  • Structure and deliver data in accessible formats that empower teams and leadership to drive improvements and transformations.
  • Engage directly with internal leaders to ensure outstanding communication and support.
  • Assist in identifying and rectifying data discrepancies and gaps.
  • Continuously refine reporting tools to transition towards automation and provide direct access to reports for leaders when required.
  • Participate regularly in system integration planning and logistics, contributing insights for data and reporting necessities.
  • Collaborate with leaders to clearly define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure that reporting aligns with established objectives.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A college degree is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field (Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Business Analysis) is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A positive attitude with a focus on solution-oriented thinking.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent follow-up abilities are essential.
  • Experience with accounting systems or financial reporting is highly advantageous.
  • Capability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Tableau proficiency is strongly desired.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce and JIRA is preferred.
  • A strong team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in collaborating with remote teams is preferred.
  • Experience within the real estate sector or real estate brokerages is preferred.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.
