R Spa is a leading provider of luxury spa services, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting wellness and relaxation.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Consultant to join our team at R Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing marketing strategies, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve financial goals, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, including reception, reservations, quality control, and staff management.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals, ensuring high morale and engagement, and providing coaching and development opportunities.
  4. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns, and implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  5. Financial Management: Manage the spa's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including health and safety, and data protection.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a medical, aesthetics, retail, or medspa environment.
  2. Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of spa products and aesthetic cosmetic procedures, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, hospitality, or healthcare.
  4. Language: Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with proficiency in English.

Working Conditions:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Weekend

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
