Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are aware of their routes, schedules, and delivery requirements.
  • Dispatch and Monitor Routes: Dispatch delivery drivers to their assigned routes and monitor their progress to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Ensure that all necessary inventory and supplies are available for delivery drivers to perform their duties.
  • Resolve Issues and Provide Technical Advice: Resolve any issues that may arise during delivery operations and provide technical advice to delivery drivers to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Train and develop delivery drivers to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain Health and Safety Standards: Ensure that all delivery drivers adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of delivery drivers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize delivery operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a logistics or transportation company.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license (Class 2 or B or C) and a clean driving record.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
