Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

Uniteam Logistic Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers to ensure efficient and safe delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of delivery drivers, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of delivery routes, schedules, and driver performance.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a logistics or transportation company.
  • Proven track record of improving delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
