Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

Uniteam Logistic Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Coordinate and schedule delivery routes to maximize efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of delivery schedules and routes
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to drivers on delivery procedures and protocols
  • Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during delivery operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery operations
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a transportation or logistics company
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
