Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

Uniteam Logistic Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule delivery routes and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of delivery operations, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the transportation industry.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent.
