Airline Solutions Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Airline Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our airline customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor passenger meal and aircraft movement information, disseminating critical updates to internal departments as required.
  2. Liaise with our central order control office in Toronto to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  3. Respond to time-sensitive calls from external and internal customers, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
  4. Direct staff in various departments as needed to fulfill customer requests in the absence of a supervisor.
  5. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while working under pressure.
  6. Communicate and coordinate with operations and customers regarding aircraft and ordering changes.
  7. Utilize various airlines' systems to retrieve meal and aircraft updates.
  8. Enter and maintain customer orders in our ERP system.
  9. Perform checks on orders to ensure they meet airline customer requirements.
  10. Audit billing to confirm all items and services provided are accounted for.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or college diploma.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a highly time-sensitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate computer skills and experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Compensation Range: $50,000 to $53,000 + benefits.
