Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Airline Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our airline customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor passenger meal and aircraft movement information, disseminating critical updates to internal departments as required.
  2. Liaise with our central order control office in Toronto to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
  3. Respond to urgent calls from external and internal customers, providing timely and accurate information to meet their needs.
  4. Direct staff in various departments as needed to fulfill customer requests, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
  5. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  6. Communicate and coordinate with operations and customers regarding aircraft and ordering changes, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  7. Utilize various airline systems to retrieve meal and aircraft updates, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  8. Enter and maintain customer orders in our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  9. Audit billing to confirm all items and services provided are accounted for, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or college diploma.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
  • Intermediate computer skills, with experience using ERP systems and data entry software.

Compensation Range

$50,000 to $53,000 + benefits
