Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor at BHAGWATI ENTERPRISES LTD., you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily store activities and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of 3-4 staff members, including apprentices and sales associates.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales personnel to optimize store operations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage inventory by ordering merchandise and authorizing returns as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain effective work schedules for the team.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, merchandising strategies, and personnel issues.
  • Organize and oversee inventory management to ensure stock levels meet customer demand.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
