PCBA Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PCBA Supervisor to join our team at the Mircom Group of Companies. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of PCBA production, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to PCBA Machine Operators, Assemblers, and other production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Production Planning and Control: Coordinate production activities to meet customer requirements, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot equipment problems to ensure machine availability, reliability, and quality.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure production of accurate parts and products as per drawings, while maintaining quality standards.
- Material Management: Order materials as per requirements, follow up with purchasing, and ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Control and Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, control stock levels, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Cost Control and Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce labor costs, improve efficiency, and optimize production processes.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, monitor hazards, and implement controls to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and monitor results to ensure continuous improvement.
- Education: College Diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as manufacturing electronics.
- Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production, with a strong background in electronics.
- Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, with the ability to perform basic mathematical functions. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to rapidly solve problems and implement solutions.
- Leadership and Management: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office programs, with experience in MRP programs (MS Dynamics or equivalent) and soldering and IPC standards.
