Position Title: Division Manager, Medicine
Location: Clarenville GB Cross Hospital
Position Summary:
- Oversee a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care delivery.
- Effectively manage both human and financial resources.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with physician leaders.
- Guarantee service consistency in alignment with established policies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years in an adult acute care clinical environment with progressive leadership roles.
- Key Competencies: Strong leadership skills, critical thinking, conflict resolution, time management, financial oversight, and the ability to manage change and enhance quality.
