Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

Oodle Noodle is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Keep records of food quantities used to optimize inventory and reduce waste.
  • Package take-out food and prepare simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a wide range of options for our guests.
  • Take customers' orders and provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for food preparation.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with high energy and activity levels.
  • Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks to meet customer demands.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of food preparation and service.
