Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at The Hot Grill. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and portion food according to recipes and presentation standards, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Stock Management: Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed, and maintain a clean and organized storage area.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and able to work varying shifts and schedules as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with varying shifts and schedules as needed.
