Administrative Operations Coordinator Job Description

ROYCO LTD. is seeking a skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to enhance our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in facilitating communication within the organization, overseeing daily activities, and managing office workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication within the organization
  • Oversee and manage daily activities
  • Assess and improve daily workflows
  • Organize and plan daily tasks
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures
  • Train and mentor team members
  • Administer contracts
  • Supervise report preparation
  • Manage office supply orders and inventory
  • Conduct market research
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist in recruitment and hiring processes
Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
