We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our national proposal team at WSP Global Inc. in the National Capital Region. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement proposal development processes and methodologies
- Manage the proposal response effort, including coordinating meetings and acting as the central point of communication for the proposal response team
- Participate in proposal strategy and review meetings, ensuring a uniform and coherent appearance of the submission
- Write various proposal sections, including executive summaries, project descriptions, matrices, and CVs
- Collaborate with other proposal coordinators, graphic designers, technical resources, legal professionals, and other internal resources to complete and submit the proposal
- Conduct post-proposal evaluations and client debriefs to obtain insights for improving the proposal process
- Manage and maintain the proposal database, files, and systems through appropriate information management systems
- Bachelor's degree in communications, professional writing, business administration, or other education deemed equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in proposal development or a similar environment, preferably in Engineering Consulting or Professional Services firms
- Self-motivated with the initiative to go above and beyond the task at hand
- Effective multitasker who is capable of handling shifting priorities within a demanding deadline-orientated environment
- Strong English language and writing skills, including attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit material
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong, positive internal and external relationships
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
