Retail Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the sales team at Esso. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Payment Authorization: Ensure the approval of payments through various methods.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and return processes of merchandise.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports regarding sales performance, merchandising strategies, and personnel issues.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance reviews to foster employee development.
This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Organizational skills and reliability are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good judgment and the capacity to multitask.
This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 35 hours per week, with English as the primary working language.
