Position Overview:

As a Systems and Infrastructure Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing IT efficiency within the organization. Your responsibilities will include the design, configuration, administration, maintenance, and upgrading of business solutions, computer networks, management systems, programs, and database servers tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in articulating their requirements through a comprehensive solution design process. This involves identifying, inputting, analyzing, and interpreting specific functional requirements and data to guide decision-making on suitable IT solutions and application development.
  2. Formulate functional testing strategies to ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  3. Conduct risk analyses and prepare moderately to highly complex reports and test cases. You will propose solutions and provide recommendations, along with guidance on how to implement these recommendations effectively.
  4. Draft and recommend action plans to address issues in alignment with established rules and parameters.
  5. Contribute actively to the development, implementation, and updating of management policies, practices, and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of four years of pertinent experience.
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Proficiency in French is required.
