Reporting Structure: Reports to the Manager of Network Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver automated assistance for all Network service offerings.
  • Spearhead platform updates, capacity planning, and SLA reporting.
  • Engage in projects focused on the design, implementation, and configuration of Network Infrastructure systems.
  • Assume responsibility for service offerings and manage the service support queue.
  • Address escalations and incidents, troubleshoot network services, and oversee local and wide area connections.
  • Provide rotational on-call support for critical systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish supporting networks for core systems.
Qualifications for Success
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Firewall administration, design, and management.
  • Expertise in network administration, monitoring, and automation.
  • Strong project management capabilities and effective communication skills with colleagues and leadership.
  • Familiarity with payment systems and the merchant acquiring sector.
