Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development:
    • Collaborate with our Lead Architect to develop IT infrastructure solutions that meet our business needs.
    • Participate in the planning and design of architectures for our network, storage systems, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Documentation and Technical Writing:
    • Write and maintain detailed technical documentation, ensuring compliance with GxP constraints.
    • Develop installation guides, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Needs Analysis and Support:
    • Work with stakeholders to understand technical and functional requirements.
    • Conduct feasibility analyses and risk assessments for new solutions.
    • Provide support and maintenance for our infrastructure solutions.
  • Technology Watch and Professional Development:
    • Stay informed of new technologies and best practices in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
    • Participate in training and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Knowledge of Citrix, VMware, Aruba, Veeam, Cisco, Fortinet, Intunes, Office365/EntraID, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft SQL server.
  • Documentation and Communication:
    • Significant experience in writing technical documentation and compliance with GxP constraints.
  • Education and Certifications:
    • Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, VCP, CISM) are an asset.
  • Interpersonal and Adaptability Skills:
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a team.
    • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
