Job Title: Recruitment Officer

VLink Technology Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job postings, and coordinating the selection process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Identify current and prospective staffing needs, prepare and post job notices, and collect and screen applicants.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants, and coordinate selection boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Communication and Administration: Notify applicants of selection results, prepare job offers, and advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and MS Word.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgment, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 37.5 to 44 hours per week.
