The Payroll Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in the success of PepsiCo by providing payroll and general administrative support. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processes, as well as providing exceptional customer service to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process payroll data, including timecards and invoices
- Generate and facilitate review of payroll reports, including CCO and CATS reports
- Prepare and distribute employee rosters and pay progression reports
- Track and flag sick/vacation usage and ensure compliance with company policies
- Process invoices and track payment
- Manage badge access and security for the facility
- Lead onboarding process for new hires and seasonal employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including GCS, quality, and safety documentation
- Provide ongoing support to the Ottawa team
- Three to five years of administrative experience, preferably in a payroll or HR role
- Successful completion of an administrative or office management program
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Professional accomplishments that demonstrate self-motivation and initiative
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated, punctual, and professional maturity
- Experience with payroll and invoicing software, preferably Kronos and SAP
