Role Overview:

  • Greet guests upon their arrival and assist with the transportation of their luggage
  • Manage the handling of guest luggage from the moment of arrival until departure
  • Guide guests to the front desk and provide assistance with the check-in and check-out processes
  • Offer insights and recommendations regarding local attractions and activities
  • Facilitate a seamless flow of traffic throughout the hotel premises
  • Adhere to the established standards of conduct and operational guidelines of Four Seasons

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (Intermediate level)

  • Strong teamwork and customer service abilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
