Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bellstand Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Assist guests with luggage, including transporting it to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas.
- Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
- Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes.
- Arrange transportation for guests, including taxi cabs, shuttle buses, and limousine/sedan services.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and ensure that they have a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional guest service.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move around the property as needed.
