Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bellstand Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a Bellstand Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm welcome to our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing directions and information about hotel amenities and services.
- Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.
- Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
- Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, and valet laundry services.
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
- Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage.
- Supply guests with directions.
- Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation requests as needed.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
