As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization\u2019s financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
\u2022 Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
\u2022 Direct staff and plan and control budget and expenditures
\u2022 Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
\u2022 Train staff and establish and implement policies and procedures
\u2022 Monitor financial control systems and oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
\u2022 Manage cash and keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
\u2022 Develop monetary policies and forecasts of financial activity
\u2022 Prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports and administer contracts and other documents
\u2022 Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
\u2022 Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

Requirements:

\u2022 5 years or more of experience in financial management
\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\u2022 Excellent communication and leadership skills
\u2022 Ability to work in a hybrid environment
\u2022 Fluency in English
\u2022 37.5 hours per week
