We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Oakwood Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our motel, providing exceptional guest services, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, assist clients/guests with special needs, and maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, co-ordinate, assign, and review work, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Operations: Requisition materials and supplies, and ensure the efficient operation of all motel systems and services.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in motel operations and management.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
