About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven PT Back of House/Stock Associate to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency in our stockroom, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of the stockroom, ensuring that all products are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Execute the appropriate selling behaviors consistently, leveraging your product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Foster partnerships and work together with all departments to assist the customer more efficiently.
- Have a concern for order and quality, ensuring that all products are accurately received, stored, and shipped.
- Often goes above and beyond their goals, consistently delivering results and elevating the performance of others.
