Job Summary

We are seeking a PT Back of House/Stock Associate to join our team. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency in our stockroom, ensuring that products are accurately received, stored, and shipped to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of the stockroom, including receiving, stocking, and shipping products.
  • Execute the customer service strategy, providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Leverage product knowledge to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services, and be able to communicate this effectively to customers.
  • Foster partnerships with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations.
  • Have a concern for order and quality, ensuring that products are accurately received, stored, and shipped.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and results-driven individual with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
