Job Summary

We are seeking a PT Back of House/Stock Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for assisting with the organization of the stock room, executing selling behaviors consistently, and leveraging product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of the stock room to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Execute selling behaviors consistently to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Leverage product knowledge to differentiate the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Foster partnerships with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations.
  • Have a concern for order and quality, and consistently strive to exceed performance expectations.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Full flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends.
